- 50% Chateau Kentucky Bluegrass
- 50% Charger II Perennial Ryegrass
Typical full sun lawn mix. Requires high levels of nitrogen fertilizer and water. Slower growing species that reduces the need for mowing. |

- 30% Tiffany Chewings Fescue
- 30% Florentine Creeping Red Fescue
- 10% Bighorn Sheeps Fescue
Very low maintenance fine fescue mix. Good for sun and shade. Very drought tolerant. Needs little or no nitrogen fertilizer. Endophyte enhanced (contains a beneficial fungus that controls surface insects and improves stress tolerance).

Native Grass Mix: 33% Tufted Hairgrass, 33% Little Bluestem, 33% Bighorn Sheeps Fescue, 1% Pennsylvania Sedge.
Tufted Hairgrass, Pennsylvania Sedge, and Little Bluestem are native grasses, Bighorn Sheeps Fescue is not. Tolerates varied soil conditions, drought tolerant but may not be winter hardy inland. Needs full sunlight, has beautiful fall color. |
