The Maine Board of Pesticides Control (BPC) is looking for someone to fill a 40-hour/week summer position that can begin anytime and may last until August 29. The position will be based in Augusta at the BPC main office, and will serve as on-site coordinator for the Back Cove YardScaping Deomonstration Project in Portland. Other duties may include assisting on water quality and other special projects, assisting with data entry and analysis, assisting with development of the BPC web pages, and assisting in the BPC main office. The position pays $12.12/hour.

The job applicant must meet these minimum qualifications: Two (2) years of experience, education, training, and/or compliance inspection work in agriculture, forestry, pesticide application, or environmental science.
